Hyperswap offers HyperEVM ecosystem projects the ability to launch Incentive Campaigns, a mechanism to attract and reward liquidity providers (LPs) by distributing additional tokens on top of standard swap fees.

Overview

Incentive campaigns are designed to boost liquidity and trading activity in selected pools. Projects participating in the program can:

Increase the visibility and depth of their token’s trading pairs
Encourage their community to support LP positions
Distribute project tokens as rewards to active LPs

Campaign Mechanics

Each campaign is associated with a specific liquidity pool on Hyperswap. Once the campaign is launched:

Liquidity providers supplying assets to the specified LP receive hourly token rewards
Rewards are distributed proportionally based on each user’s liquidity share
Distribution continues automatically throughout the campaign period

Campaign Configuration

To create a campaign, the project defines the following parameters:

Parameter	Description
Pool	The existing Hyperswap LP where the campaign will be applied
Start and End Time	Timestamp-based window defining the active duration of the campaign
Reward Token	ERC20 token used to distribute rewards (must be whitelisted)
Total Reward Amount	Total quantity of tokens allocated to the campaign

Note: Only tokens whitelisted on Hyperswap can be used in campaigns. If your token is not yet whitelisted, please complete the token whitelist form.

How to create a campaign

Eligibility and Distribution

All users who provide liquidity to the selected pool during the campaign duration are eligible.
Rewards are calculated and allocated based on the share of liquidity held by the LP in real time.
Claims can be made through the Hyperswap user interface during or after the campaign.

Developer and Project Guidelines

Campaigns can only be created using verified project tokens.
Reward tokens must be pre-funded at campaign creation.
Projects are encouraged to communicate the campaign to their community to maximize engagement.
Campaign performance can be monitored via Hyperswap's explorer, or directly on Merkl's interface.

HyperSwap incentive campaigns are deployed and managed by our trusted partner, Merkl. HyperSwap itself does not custody or distribute the incentive tokens.

- Once a campaign is deployed, it is fully managed on-chain by Merkl

- HyperSwap has no ability to cancel an ongoing campaign

- Previously distributed tokens cannot be recovered or reversed

This ensures full transparency, decentralization, and trust minimization for all parties involved.
