Liquidity Mining

Liquidity Mining on HyperSwap is designed to reward users who provide liquidity to our DEX. By contributing tokens to liquidity pools, users improve trading efficiency and reduce slippage, essential for a smooth trading experience.

In return, liquidity providers earn $xSWAP tokens, based on the amount and duration of their participation. This incentivizes users to commit assets, strengthening liquidity and driving ecosystem growth.

To ensure sustainability, rewards follow a vesting period of up to 6 months. Early exits are allowed, but 50% of the unvested $xSWAP is burned, creating deflationary pressure and rewarding long-term commitment.

This structure balances short-term incentives with long-term alignment, fueling a more robust and healthy HyperSwap ecosystem.
