Agent wallet & Smart account

When using the Hyperswap Terminal, you are prompted to create an Agent Wallet (Hyperliquid API wallet) that enables users to trade without the need for signatures.

Security properties:

• Agent wallets are permissioned signers used for trading actions.
• They are not withdrawal keys (ALL withdrawals remain controlled by the main account).
• You can rotate or revoke agent permissions at any time.

Smart account & permission management

Smart accounts are managed securely by Privy, and owned by your EOA, are a way for users to trade on EVM assets seamlessly without the need for signatures, and faster, using dedicated RPC infrastructure :

• Smart accounts are automatically created for external wallet users.
• The external wallet users can send funds to the Smart account, in order to transact without the need for signatures
• HyperSwap NEVER sees your private key. Smart accounts are fully managed by Privy secured infrastructure.
