Core Spot vs EVM Spot (important concept)
Hyperswap supports transferring spot assets between HyperCore and HyperEVM:
- Spot assets on HyperCore are referred to as “Core spot”
- Spot assets on HyperEVM are referred to as “EVM spot”
- A Core spot asset can be linked to an ERC-20 on HyperEVM (HYPE links to the native HyperEVM balance).
Users can move assets between Core and EVM via the Hyperswap UI transfer flow.
